1. The service

Raduna, provided by [name or company name, address], lets local groups manage members, events, answers and announcements, and lets users discover nearby groups and events. The service is free.

2. Who can use it

You must be an adult and give true information. You are responsible for your account.

3. Groups and events

Events are organized by groups, not by Raduna. Each group's owner and admins are responsible for what they publish and the events they organize. Raduna does not guarantee that an event takes place or how it goes.

4. Your content

It stays yours. By publishing it you let us show it to the people it is meant for, for as long as it is published. Do not publish content that is illegal, offensive, misleading or infringes others' rights. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms.

5. Liability

We provide Raduna "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from using the service or attending events, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

6. Stopping

You can delete your account at any time, in the app or on this page.

7. Changes and governing law

If we change these terms we will tell you in the app. Italian law applies, without prejudice to consumer protections.
